Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy below for information about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During busy periods, such as February–April and May–July, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
- If you order a garment for an event that we are not attending more than two weeks before the event, our standard processing times will not apply. Competitor names are typically received 1–2 weeks before the event, and garments are generally produced within 2–3 business days after the names are received.
Shipping Methods
We offer worldwide shipping using Australia Post, Couriers Please, Direct Freight Express, and international courier services where applicable. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
We send everything as standard post. If you would like your order sent via express post please contact us at support@theregattashop.com.au and we will send you invoice to pay the difference in shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error with your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the delivery service to begin an investigation. If the carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, we will be happy to arrange a replacement order where possible.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s). We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
International orders will not be charged shipping costs at checkout. Instead, shipping will be quoted and an invoice will be sent once we have calculated the shipping costs (generally within the next business day). International orders will not be processed until the shipping costs have been paid.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
