Access Denied
IMPORTANT! If you’re a store owner, please make sure you have Customer accounts enabled in your Store Admin, as you have customer based locks set up with EasyLockdown app. Enable Customer Accounts

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return/exchnage, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept return or exchanges for custom name garments.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@theregattashop.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 12 Horscroft Place Moorabbin, VIC, 3189, Australia.

If you are exchanging an item you will be required to cover both the shipping to us and the shipping of the new product to you. If you do not provide a prepaid postage satchel you will be sent an invoice for the return shipping costs and your item will not be sent until that has been paid. Items returned to us without first requesting a return, or items that are worn or washed, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue. We may ask for photos of the fault so we can assess it and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for faulty products that have been worn or washed before return, unless doing so was necessary to identify the fault.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-named or numbered garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@theregattashop.com.au.
