How to Size your Garment

Here at the The Regatta Shop, we work with a whole range of garment suppliers and makers to bring you all of our amazing custom gear. Each of these suppliers use a slightly different method for their sizing. In order to help you choose the correct size for you each product has a size table that you can use to help you. Please note that as our garments are made by hand and therefore, there may be some slight differences between the measurements in size tables and individual garments.

Garment to garment comparison

The best way to make sure you get the correct size, is to compare a garment of yours with the measurements in the size table of the product page. Most of these measurements are of the half-chest. This measurement is taken with the garment lying flat on a table, measure across the garment from side-seam to side-seam 1cm down from the base of the sleeve.

Body measurements

While a garment to garment comparison works best for most products, technical clothing from such as Unisuits and UVP tops are designed to closely fit the body and so it is important to use the measurements of the person rather than the garment.

Standard Ladies Tee Shirt Sizing

Note: These measurement are for our most common range of cotton tee.

All measurements are in CM. there can be a 2.5cm difference in sizing, this is standard.
