The Regatta Shop Terms of Sale

If you are not completely satisfied we will exchange, repair or refund in accordance with the conditions below.

Proof of Purchase

Requests to return, refund exchange or repair must be received within 60 days of the sale, and must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase documents.

Changed your mind?

We all change our mind sometimes.
Providing you supply your proof of purchase documents within 60 days of purchase, and the item is in re-saleable condition (unused and not worn),  The Regatta Shop will offer you a refund, credit, or exchange.

Returns

Please include:

• your contact details, name, email, postal addresses and phone number.
• reason for the return

We will contact you to arrange your exchange or refund.

The Regattashop will reimburse you for postage if the item is faulty, all other returns will be paid for by the purchaser.
