We ship through our preferred freight supplier Couriers Please. We have found them to be a reliable courier partner, with goods being trackable throughout their journey. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and goods will not be left at their destination unless previously arranged. If you aren't available to receive your delivery a card will be left for you to arrange another delivery or pick up from a designated agency.
As Couriers Please can only deliver to street addresses, if you supply a PO Box Number we will ship your goods through Australia Post. As there is no Proof of Delivery with AusPost services, and we have found item tracking is not as reliable as courier services, we prefer to ship via Couriers Please. Please be aware of the lower service level on AusPost deliveries. We will not use AusPost for orders with a street address unless requested, if you choose this service please be aware we take no responsibility for missing and/or damaged items.
Once every order (except club/school window orders) are fulfilled each client receives an email with their tracking details. This information can also be found by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.
Our international deliveries are done through DHL and Singapore Post (dependent upon final destination). After an international order is placed we will contact each client with the additional costing for the international freight component of their order. If a customer approves the freight fee they will receive a payment link to complete prior to shipping. We will happily refund the order in full if a customer decides not to proceed with shipping after they have received their quote for freight.
International shipment costs do not cover any applicable taxes or duties levied by the Customs Department in a customers home country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the Customs legislation in their country and settle any charges relating to their shipment.
